Become A Founding Member

You are invited to become part of our foundation, our beginning. The first 30 buyers or Founding Members at the Colosseum shall receive the following extraordinary financial incentives which we call our 10%-10%-6% Founding Member Program.

When you make your 10% Escrow Deposit, 5% of the deposit goes into an escrow account and 5% of the deposit goes to the Seller for the unit’s personal property (beds, televisions, furniture, drapes, etc). During the interim period, between the time of your deposit and closing, the Colosseum shall pay you 10% annual interest on your entire deposit. At settlement the Colosseum will credit 6% of the total sale’s price towards your purchase price. You can take that amount in cash or donate it to Virginia Tech or your favorite charity.

Example:
$300,000 Purchase Price
10% Deposit = $30,000
10% Annual Return = $250.00 per month or $3,000 per year
6% Credit of Purchase Price = $18,000
